Coach Dominic Robinson-Neal
Coaches novice to Toughman Title and $1,000 prize
(FEB 9) Palmetto Boxing coach Dominic Robinson Neal
showed again why he is considered one of the best boxing coaches in
the Southeast. This past Saturday he took two novice fighters to the
Regional Toughman Contest in Asheville, North Carolina. With only
weeks to prepare for the event Dominic did what many would describe
as remarkable. He coached Kevin Kibler a novice boxer, training out
of the White Rock Boxing Gym, to his first Toughman Championship.
Kevin had to fight a total of 5 times before being crowned 2009
Regional Toughman Champion. The win qualifies him for the World
Toughman Championships in Biloxi, MS. The winner of that contest
brings home a prize of $50,000. Coach Dominic trains at the White
Rock Boxing Gym, he teaches amateur and professional boxing and he
