Fitzpatrick Demolishes Locklear in 1 round

(MAY 4) Columbia, South Carolinas super middle weight prospect Chris "Fantasm" Fitzpatrick, ko’d the cagey south paw Roger Locklear in the first round of a scheduled 4 round bout this Saturday at Club Ambis 1 in Raleigh NC. Fitzpatrick moves to 4-0 (2 KO) and showed why he is being called the future of the Columbia boxing scene as he systematically picked apart Locklear, now 1-2 Using a quick jab and excellent footwork, Fitzpatrick continuously landed 3 & 4 punch combinations and would move out of harms way before the frustrated Locklear could retaliate. Fans were impressed with the 21 year olds ring generalship and poise in the ring. “Chris started boxing at the age of 8. He's had over 150 amateur fights and his experience shows, " said Promoter Andrew Stokes of Palmetto Boxing. "We're very excited about his future."
