Want to give a big Congrats to our fighters and there families that came out to support!!!
We took 7 of our fighters and only 2 unopposed champions Dominic Forgione 201 lbs and Maurice Moore 165 lbs. First Night of the Georgia Games four of our fighters Gatlin Gibson, Brian Ramos, Rubin Velasquez, and James Gantt were the first up to represent. John Rodgers got a walk over the first night which automatically puts him into the finals! The Gym was packed with over 70 fighters participating! Gatlin was the first to fight and won, putting him into the finals! Brain Ramos and Rubin Velasquez was the second and third of our fighters that night, even though they did not get the win they fought there hearts out and gave the crowd a great show!
James Gantt was our last fighter of the night and it was one to be proud of as he gave it his all and came out with the victory sending him into the finals!!!
The next day having three out of seven of our fighters making it through to finals, we were excited and proud! Gatlin Gibson, James Gantt, and John Rodgers put on a spectalaur show and gave the crowd there all! With there families and team mates cheering them on!! Though none of our fighters won in the Finals they are still winners in our eyes!!!!
GREAT JOB you guys! It was a great experience and a eye opener to our fighters on how it is very important to train and be dedicated to your craft!!! Want to also give a Big Thanks to our Trainers, Corner man Daniel "DP" Powell, Coach Jerry Bell, and Coach James Galman for all your help and support! Last but not Least We would like to give a BIG!!!!! THANKS to BILLY STANICK for all the support with out you and the love you have for this sport none of this could happen!!!
